A letter from our General Manager, John Rathjen-

First of all, we want you to know that our first priority is the safety and health of our customers and employees. We are also concerned about anyone who is out of work or has been negatively affected by this situation. We'd like to address some of those concerns in this letter.

For anyone who currently has a loan with Ford Credit or Lincoln Financial Services, please call 800-723-4016 to speak with an agent about how they can help you. Some of our other lenders are working with customers to help ease their financial burden. If you need help, please call our dealership.

The COVID-19 virus has caused us to take extra precautions. Here is some of what we are doing.

Our employees have all been instructed to keep social distancing. They've been instructed to not shake hands, and to wash their hands regularly. We also have disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer available throughout the store.

Our service department is open for normal business hours where we are using disinfectant wipes and sprays to regularly wipe down high touch points in our building and in the vehicles that we service. Technicians are using a fresh set of latex gloves on every vehicle we service. Your vehicle is being wiped down when it arrives and again before it leaves.

We are also offering free pickup and delivery within 10 miles of the dealership for service to keep you from having to travel to the dealership. We will disinfect your vehicle and keys before returning to you.

In accordance with Governor Pritzker's executive order, our sales department is open for appointments to assist those who need a vehicle. If you prefer to stay at home, most of the sales process can be handled online and by phone to minimize person-to-person contact. We can bring a vehicle to your home or place of business and conduct a trade appraisal at your location.

We want everyone to be safe and we believe that by all of us working together, we will get through this difficult time. Thank you for your cooperation and your patience.
